| Problems Opening the
QSP
Downloaded the QSP using one of the links in the email, to a location on
your hard drive you can remember. The email that was sent also contains the
password. Using the mouse select and copied the password only. Go to Windows
Explore and double clicked on the QSP file that was downloaded, the file
opened with a window box. The first window box show or asked where the file
will be unzipped to. Check to be sure this location is acceptable. The second
window box asked for the password. Clicked in the password window box and
pasted the password in this box that was copied. Remember when selecting
the password, make sure the password is selected only, don't selected extra
blank spaces.
Answers Matching Questions
Problems
Have the instructions at the bottom of page one of the exam been read
and followed? Remember this is a test. On a test the answers are
not normally given. But if you wish to see the key follow these
instructions. Look at the table of contents in the Guide, proceed
to the bottom of the list to the word "KEY," look on page 183. The
listing on page 183 will match the answers with the questions.
FONTS MISSING
If you can not open file due to WPGreek font, try this: download
and save this file
WPCO08N_.TTF
in your c:\windows\fonts\wp*.* dir. Go to the dos prompt to do so
if necessary.
If this is not the font or fonts missing from your OS send us an
email telling us what fonts are missing or download all possible
fonts use this link
survey/fonts.zip. Unzip them in this fold:
c:\windows\fonts\*.*
Other problems
REASONS YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE QSP:
1.There is a block on your mail box
2.You deleted it with the rest of the junk mail.
3.You mailed your order in and your email address couldn't be read. If you
have not received the QSP in five days of your mailing, email us and tell
us you have mailed an order.
4.Your email box is full.
5.Your email box has been locked.
If there are other problems or updates please make
us aware of them by email or letter mail. We will do our best so you can
do your best on the exam.
